Three P’s of Going GREEN
Indoor and Outdoor Environmental Benefits

Nowadays, when someone mentions “going green,” what comes to mind for most is recycling and how one can im­prove and protect the environment.

For building service contractors’ “go­ing green” not only refers to the outdoor environment, but the indoor environment of their building as well. Whether you’re a building service contractor in the health-care, education or hospitality market seg­ment, the fact remains that maintenance and waste removal for a building con­sumes an enormous amount of energy, water and materials.

Benefits of Going GREEN

Overall, the benefits of going GREEN can be summed up using “The Three P’s:” People, Profit, and Planet.

People. Products that promote worker well-being, improved health and ease-of-use are a benefit to all people—building employees, tenants and visitors.

Profit. By going GREEN, companies can save time and money in a variety of ways including: reducing the need for additional products and chemicals, re­ducing worker compensation claims, po­tentially enhancing
